Actually, let's call this section "About You." Because to us, clients are the sun and we're one of the many planets orbiting around them.
To put it so we seem less like stalkers, we're big on customer service. You call, we answer. You need something, we come through with it. You say "jump," we start lacing up our springiest shoes.
Planting Our Flag
That said, if we had to plant our flag in certain areas, they might be Electronic Medical Records consulting and hardware implementation, faith-based and non-profit organizations, and manufacturers. Our folks have spent a lot of time there. (See? IT folks' lives aren't all Star Trek conventions and "Office Space" marathons.) Our engineers are all Microsoft-certified and have sharpened their skills in areas ranging from telecom and infrastructure to security.
In fact, our people have logged a lot of time on the client side. So we know how important it is to keep you up and running. It's why we treat our clients like we're members of their staff. Ok, that may seem a little co-dependent, but it's how we give the best customer service.
IT is a tricky business.
It can be tough for engineers to understand how a client's company works. By the same token, it can be difficult for engineers to communicate IT solutions in plain English. But if our leadership team has learned anything in their combined 30+ years in this insane business, it's how to make sure everyone understands each other.
